Laptop computers stolen from patrons at Elk Grove establishment

Two customers of an establishment in Elk Grove had their laptop computers stolen by a trio of suspects.

At approximately 8:20 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, two customers of the Starbucks on Bond Road near Elk Grove-Florin Raod were working on their laptop computers when two suspects grabbed their devices and fled.

When one of the victims chased the two suspects, a third suspect grabbed them and prevented any intervention. The three suspects entered a waiting vehicle described as an older model station wagon.

The three suspects were described as African-American males aged 17 to 23 wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts.
