Third candidate files papers for Elk Grove 2020 mayoral race

According to information posted on the webpage of Elk Grove's city clerk's office, a third candidate has filed papers showing their intention to run for Elk Grove mayor.

Those papers were filed by Justin C. Brown. The filing was recorded on January 13.

Brown is the second candidate to enter the race challenging incumbent mayor Steve Ly. The first challenger to declare a candidacy was Michelle Kile.
