Jesse Cornish was arrested on April 11 on suspicion of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder and shooting an inhabited dwelling.
Arika Shaw, who was arrested earlier for attempted murder and conspiracy has a scheduled court appearance today.
Elk Grove Police had sought both in connection with the shooting of Jabarie Mike at a residence in the 8600 block of Territorial Way in Elk Grove.
Both are ineligible for bail and are being held in county facilities.

WHY IS "SHAW" BEING HELD? I UNDERSTAND SHE WAS AT WORK WHEN THIS ENTIRE INCIDENT TOOK PLACE! NOW THAT THEY HAVE "CORNISH", WHO THEY ALLEDGED DID THE SHOOTING, WHAT ARE THERE REASONS FOR HOLDING SHAW? I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THIS PERSON "MIKE" DID FOR SOMEONE TO WANT TO SHOOT AT HIM??? LET'S PUT THE WHOLE PUZZLE TOGETHER...

Arika didnt have anything to do with the shooting or have knowledge of it. She is a good hearted wonderful person. You need to ask yourself why the Sacramento Police waste our tax dollars keeping her in jail? And why did the guy that was shot blame his other female co-workers boyfriend of shooting him first? Doesn't he know?
Once this is all over and they find arika innocent I hOpe she sues the elk grove police department for w/e they hell they're worth ooh especially one police man whO happened to be the old police "school protector" at laguna creek high..u knO whO u are... u know her n know she aint a bad persOn...n yeah ask "mike" whO really shot him...oh forgot he doesn't even knO! As he said infront of a whOle restraunt.. he's jus startn stuff to get attention bt where is he nOw?! Back in Atlanta probably gtn nto more stUff...this whOle thing is wack and a waste of everyones time especially arika shaws...if u egpd is that bored how bout lockin up ppl that actually DO thngs like this...yeah try that for once..we all knO elk grOve don't get action like this..bt really thO get a life!
You guys "cornish" is my uncle and i kno he would never do any thing like this out of all of his 16 brothers and sisters he is the youngest he is the sweet one do you guys really think he did it he was only 19 and now he 24 like thts cruel i wont see him againtil im 42 and he hasnt ever seen azpny of his nieces and nefews i miss him and they dnt even have all the facts wht if my uncle didnt do wht yall acusing him of wht if he was framed u never no it couldve been someone else
