Today crude oil prices surged, again, reaching levels heretofore unseen - over $129/barrel on the NY Mercantile Exchange.
Of no coincidence, $4/gallon gas arrived in Elk Grove today. The Shell station at Elk Grove Blvd. and Elk Grove-Florin posted it's price for regular at $4.099.
