Elk Grove City Council Meetings Could Become A Marathon

First of three meetings starts at 2 pm tomorrow


The Grove City Council could be in for a long day tomorrow as they will conduct three separate meetings starting at 2 pm., then a closed a session at 5 pm and the regular meeting at 6 pm.

The afternoon special meeting will consist of a staff report on development impact fee update. The meeting is intended for the council to provide direction to city staff on the roadway capital improvement program, the facilities cpaital improvement program and economic development incentives.

The 5 pm meeting will a closed session covering litigation matters and real property negotiations.

The regular meeting which convenes at 6 pm will cover many items including a staff recommendation that the city discontinue it transportation contract with MV Transportation and issue a request for bids on city transit services.
