Another Elk Grove retailer has closed their doors for business. The most recent victim of the global recession was Max's Gallery jewelry on Elk Grove Boulevard.

EGN was informed by a reader that the shop had recently closed. A visit to the shop yesterday confirmed it's closure.

The business was located in the Elk Grove Commons strip center on the corner of Elk Grove Blvd. and Laguna Spring Drive. According to their website, the firm had conducted business in Elk Grove since 1982.
