Elk Grove Police cited eight people, six adults and two juveniles, last night for violating the city ordinance on using park facilities after sunset. The suspects were cited on the 8800 block of El Toreador Way at 9:13 pm.
Officers also took a 16-year old male into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant. The teenager was transferred to juvenile hall.
