An Elk Grove man was arrested early this morning after a roll-over traffic collision.
According to Elk Grove Police, 22-year old suspect Duane Upson rolled his vehicle over near Bellaterra Drive and Valgrande Way. The collision resulted in a light pole and fire hydrant being struck.
Following the accident, Upson fled the scene on foot. Through investigative efforts, officer located the suspect at a nearby residence.
Upon contact, Upson displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
Separately, police made two DUI arrests last night. Both suspects were transferred to the county jail.
