Elk Grove Police arrested 21-year old Dane Richard of Lodi yesterday afternoon and he allegedly made threat with a BB gun.
According to police reports, Richard was allegedly involved in a verbal dispute on the 8600 block of Wren Circle when he entered his vehicle and pointed a gun at the victim. Responding to a call, officer located the suspect as he was driving away and initiated a stop.
Officers searched the vehicle and discovered the weapon. The victim signed a citizen arrest form and Richard was transported to the county jail.
