Lungren Holds Telephone Townhall Meeting

On the evening of Monday, July 20, California Congressman Dan Lungren held a telephone townhall meeting. EGN was able to record a little over an hour of the meeting.

Republican Lungren, who represents Elk Grove, barely retained his seat in the last election, is certain to face his most challenging race since representing Claifornia's third congresional district. Three Democrat challengers are already vying to face Lungren in the 2010 general election.

The challengers are Dr. Ami Bera, Elk Grove city council member Gary Davis and SMUD director Bill Slaton.
