An Elk Grove lady probably wishes a friend and an acquaintance had not paid her a visit last night after being the victim of a quiet robbery.
According to Elk Grove Police, the robbery victim was paid a visit early yesterday evening when the acquaintance quietly took the hostess' car keys and cell phone. Shortly thereafter, officers located 18-year old suspect James Frazier of Elk Grove walking away from the stolen vehicle.
After detaining the suspect, a police search of Frazier's residence led to the discovery of the stolen cell phone. Frazier was arrested and transported to the county jail.
