Elk Grove Man arrested For Making Threat With Handgun

An Elk Grove man was arrested Thursday morning after making a threat with a handgun.

According to police reports, 49-year old Cesar Bonifacio was involved in a verbal altercation on the 8700 block of Twinberry Way that led him to throw at the victim's car window. During the course of the argument Bonifacio allegedly pulled a handgun from his waistband at pointed it at the victim.

The suspect then reportedly threatened to shoot the victim who fled the area on foot and called police. Police located the suspect at his residence and was arrested after the victim filed a citizen's arrest.
