Juveniles Arrested For Laguna Creek High Burglary

Two Sacramento juvenile males were arrested early Saturday morning on suspicion of burglarizing Laguna Creek High School.

According to Elk Grove Police, the two 15-year old Sacramento residents were seen walking away from the school after officers had responded to a burglar alarm. Officers detained the teenagers and discovered one of the suspects to be in possession of stolen goods from the school and burglary tools.

Upon further investigation, officer located an entry point where they were alleged to have entered the school. Both suspects were arrested and transferred to juvenile hall.

Police arrest hit and run suspect

Police also report the arrest of a Galt resident for an alleged hit run accident that occurred on Friday night.

According to police reports, 48-year old Robert Blake was involved in a hit and run accident with another vehicle on Grant Line Road near Highway 99. A witness provided police with a description of the vehicle and a plate number which officers were able to locate.

Officers initiated an enforcement stop and found the suspect show signs of impairment. Blake performed poorly on the field sobriety test and was arrest and transferred to the county jail.
