Elk Grove Police Find Kidnapping Victim, Still Seek Suspect

Elk Grove Police announced this morning they had located 3-year old Cortrele Clayton who was is believed to have been kidnapped by his mother. The child was found at a Sacramento residence.

The suspect in the case, Latoya Washington, does not have legal custody of the child and has not been located. The child has been turned over to child protective services.
