With November elections less than three months from now, the field of candidates for District Two of the Elk Grove City Council appears to have been finalized and it has all the appearances of a very competitive race.
Incumbent Pat Hume will be challenged by Elk Grove Planning Commissioner George Murphey and local businessman Davies Ononiwu.
