A dispute between two Elk Grove neighbors over a parking issue ended with the arrest of one and the shattering of a car window.

According to Elk Grove Police department reports, two neighbors got into an argument over a parking issue on the 9500 block of 2nd Avenue. During the course of the argument, 43-year old Edwin Rogers picked up a television set and threw it at the female victim's car shattering the back window.

The victim signed a citizens arrest and the suspect was taken into custody and transferred to the county jail.
