A day after his fellow council members fundraising efforts for the second half of 2011 were made available, the Elk Grove City Clerk's office has posted Mayor Jim Cooper's fundraising results.
Cooper, who is running for a fourth term this fall, raised $31,950 during the six month period and ended the period with $17,308.
Like his fellow council members Gary Davis and Steve Detrick, Cooper's largest contribution came from Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 477 for $5,000. Additionally Cooper's largest individual contributions were four $1,250 contributions from Sara Bardis, Katherine Bardis, Briana Butler and Christo Reynen.
Cooper, Davis and Detrick have no announced opponents to date.
