An early morning burglar alarm activation at a local credit union led to the arrest of two men Friday morning.

According to Elk Grove Police reports, officers were dispatched following an alarm activation at the Golden One Credit Union branch located on Elk Grove Blvd. Responding officers detained 26-year-old Tou Vang and 20-year-old Kue Thao, both of Sacramento, as they were walking away from the area.

Officers discovered that entry had been made into the building and pry marks were located on the internal portion of the ATM. A K-9 track revealed the path the suspects had taken which led to the discovery of burglary tools.

Both suspects were arrested then transferred to the county jail.
