Whether it be Ol’ Blue Eyes crooning, “Luck be a lady tonight,” or Kenny Rogers’ singing how “Ev'ry gambler knows that secret to surviving,” we have a great deal for you, for a great cause.

Tickets are still available for the Second Annual Elk Grove Mayor’s Casino Night, this Friday, April 27, at Strikes in Elk Grove, 3443 Laguna Blvd. Suite #150 Elk Grove , CA 95758 The Mayor's Casino opens at 7:00 p.m. for a donation of $25.00 per person.

Proceeds benefit Elk Grove Food Bank Services and Elk Grove Together. “Both charities do so much for our fellow community members in need," states Elk Grove Mayor Jim Cooper. “And it’s great way to have a good time; and mix/mingle with other people.”

Though, “you got to know when to hold ‘em, know when to fold ‘em,” there is much more on the table for the casino night.

There are excellent raffles prizes. Donations include All Clear Pool and Spa Supply, Chick-fil-A, Elk Grove Community Connection, Embellish, Frontier Communications, Hilton Garden Inn, Noodles & Company, Outback, Smash Burger, Valley Oak Appliance and more.

And we haven’t forgotten a little taste of Texas . Elk Grove City Council member Gary Davis will be serving up his award winning chili. There will be specials all throughout the evening, and Grand Prizes include VIZIO LED LCD HDTVs.

So whether they call you lady luck, or you are a serious gambler “who knows when to walk away and knows when to run,” the fun will be Friday night at the Elk Grove Mayor’s Casino Night.
