The Elk Grove City Council will consider loosening mobile food truck regulations such as this one that served food at a recent function in the Camden neighborhood.
With their traditional summer recess done, when the Elk Grove City Council reconvenes next week they will be considering modifying regulations for mobile food truck operating in the city.

When the council considers the matter, among other things they will be asked to decide whether or not the trucks can operate within 350 feet of eating establishments and how long they can operate for. City staff has recommended a two-hour limit.

Although the city council has not met since late July, the council will have only two other matters to consider. They will review and provide feedback on citywide temporary roadside memorials and  review  the city's general business license fees.

The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m.
