A Stockton man was arrested Saturday night after leaving his 15-month old child unattended in a locked vehicle.
According to Elk Grove Police, officers responded to a call regarding an unattended child in car on the 7700 block of Laguna Blvd. Upon arrival, officers found the infant girl was locked inside the vehicle while still in her car seat.
The child was screaming and crying to the point where she vomited on herself. Just before 9 p.m. the child`s father, 31-year old Marc Garcia returned to the car and was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment.
The child was released to her mother.
