Elk Grove Police Arrest Suspect For Marijuana Growing Operation

A Sacramento man was arrested yesterday afternoon on suspicion of growing and selling marijuana.

According to Elk Grove Police, 36-year old Esteban Pagan was arrested after he was allegedly found cultivating and in possession of 97 mature marijuana plants. The operation was on the 8600 block of Waterman Road and was obscured by a make shift fence.

Pagan was taken the county jail were he remains in custody on a $10,000 bail.
