Victim Reportedly Stabbed During Elk Grove Domestic Violence Incident

An Elk Grove woman was arrested last night after she allegedly stabbed her victim during a domestic violence incident.

According to Elk Grove Police, 28-year old Heather Lemmons was in an argument with the victim that escalated into a physical altercation. Lemmons allegedly stabbed the victim in the bicep with a knife.

The victim fled the residence and contacted police. Responding officers arrested the suspect who was taken to the county jail where she remains in custody on a $60,000 bail with one felony and two misdemeanor charges.

The victim sustained injuries that required medical attention.
