An Elk Grove fast food restaurant was robbed at gunpoint just before 10 p.m. last night.
According to Elk Grove Police, four unknown suspects wearing dark colored jackets and camouflage pants, entered the Jimboy`s restaurant on the 7300 block of Laguna Boulevard and confronted the occupants. Two of the suspects brandished handguns and demanded money from the cash register.
The suspects obtained an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency and then fled the restaurant on foot. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects and there were no reported injuries.
