An Elk Grove man was arrested Monday morning after he violated a restraining order and injured his victim in a domestic violence incident.

According to Elk Grove Police, 49-year old Ronald Hart went to the residence of his victim in violation of a restraining order. In the course of the events, Hart allegedly punched his victim in the face several times resulting in visible injuries.

Hart also allegedly tried to run over his victim using the victim's car. Hart was arrested by responding officers, booked into the county jail but was released on bail Monday night.
