Elk Grove City Council candidates and incumbents Pat Hume and Stephanie Nguyen have established large leads against challengers Andres Ramos and Orlando Fuentes for the District 2 and 4 seats respectively.
The latest results show Hume leading Ramos with 62-percent of the vote for a total of 10,793. Nguyen has 65-percent or 10,996 votes.
There are currently all precincts reporting but totals all not yet tallied.
