Four suspects with arrest warrants picked-up by Elk Grove Police after traffic stops



Elk Grove Police apprehended four suspects with outstanding arrest warrants after traffic stops.

The stops came on Thursday, January 3 for alleged vehicle code violations. Three of the suspects were operating cars while the fourth suspect was on a bicycle.

Among the suspects arrested were the following:
  • Reginald Armstead, 60, of Elk Grove.
  • Raymond Owens, 27, Elk Grove
  • John Bernard Loggins, 39, Elk Grove
  • Rasheed Owens, 20, Elk Grove
Loggins remains in custody at the county jail and is not eligible for release and Rasheed Owens is being held on $20,500 bail for two misdemeanor charges. The other two suspects have been released from custody.
