Murder suspect among two EGPD arrests after being spotted on real-time surveillance cameras



Surveillance cameras placed throughout Elk Grove led to the arrest of two criminal suspects according to reports from Elk Grove Police.

The suspects in two unrelated incidents, Tizeeyah O'Bryant, 20, of Hayward, Calif. and Johnathon Inocencio, 30 of Livermore, Calif. were taken into custody after personnel monitoring police cameras were able to pinpoint their locations immediately following their respective incidents. 

Inocencio who is a suspect in a murder case under investigation by Livermore Police was located after his vehicle was spotted by a license plate reader on eastbound Bond Road around 1:30 on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 7. Classified as a high-risk vehicle stop, Inocencio was taken into custody by Elk Grove Police near Grant Line Road 

O'Bryant is alleged to have smashed a vehicle window and stole property inside the vehicle. Police officers quickly located O'Bryant in an apartment complex located next Bilby and Bruceville Roads.

Inocencio was turned over to the Livermore Police. He is alleged to have murdered in a shooting at a Walmart parking lot in Livermore.

O'Bryant is in custody at the county jail ineligible for bail and will be arraigned on Thursday, August 9.
