With the recent events on the Elk Grove City Council regarding their denial of protection of families who are renters and small business owners, one community member says there needs to be an overhaul of the city's leadership.

Maureen Craft as a constituent, what do you propose for those landlords depending on those rent checks to make the mortgage payment on those rentals? People can't rely on the mortgage companies to work with them. Maybe they should just sell the rental properties and then we'll have even fewer rentals in the area.
This isn’t the time to run for office. If you actually took the time you would find out that the Senate is putting together a bill an in that bill is Land lord protections an tenant protections. But no the Progressives wants to embarrass the Council without telling the entire story. I think this behavior is shameful an will not go unnoticed. This is a Federal an State issue that is being resolved.

As much as I appreciate your candor, it would be beneficial to run your submissions through spell check. When you repeatedly use “an” instead of “and,” it diminishes your commentary and makes them unreadable.
As for the commentary about Maureen’s opinion, would you and White Hat have been as motivated to comment if she been complimentary of the city councils’ actions? I suspect you and other old-line Elk Grove men like white hat are afraid of assertive women, especially when they are WOC.
THE ATTACKS ON MAUREEN’S STATEMENT ARE QUITE DISAPPOINTING BUT NOT SURPRISING. THE SENTIMENT OF THE ELK GROVE CITY COUNCIL’S DECISION IS TYPICAL OF THIS COUNCIL’S APPROACH TO THE COMMON MEN AND WOMEN WHO THEY RELIED UPON TO GET IN OFFICE BUT WHO THEY NOW HAVE NO REGARD FOR. THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMENTED IN FAVOR OF THE COUNCIL’S RIDICULOUS DECISION ON THE MORATORIUM IS TYPICAL OF THE SAME BACKWARDS THINKING THAT MIRRORS THE CITY COUNCIL. IT IS ALSO VERY SIMILAR TO THE RHETORIC THAT IS SPEWED BY THE OCCUPANT OF THE WHITE HOUSE. IT IS TIME FOR SOME FORWARD THINKERS BE ELECTED IN TO THE ELK GROVE CITY COUNCIL. WITH THE A POPULATION OF 179,000 PEOPLE WE ARE A FULL FLEDGED CITY OPERATING LIKE A ONE HORSE TOWN. THE CITIZENS OF ELK GROVE DESERVE BETTER AND SHOULD DEMAND MORE OF THE LEADERSHIP.
