DUI, drivers license checkpoint announced by Elk Grove Police.




The Elk Grove Police announced they will conduct a driver's license and DUI checkpoint.

The checkpoint is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. on Friday, August 12, and run through 3 a.m. Saturday, August 13. The location of the checkpoint has not been disclosed.

Funding for the sobriety checkpoint is provided through a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety.
