UPDATED | Even though results for most races will not be known for days, and in some cases, weeks, that isn't stopping candidates across the country from holding election night celebrations this evening. Elk Grove and Sacramento area candidates are no exception to the campaign-closing tradition.Most often, these functions are no-host gatherings at local restaurants and, in some cases, campaign offices.
