Elk Grove Police arrested two people yesterday on suspicion of receiving stolen property and an outstanding arrest warrant.

Early on the after of Wednesday, January 11, Elk Grove Police stopped a vehicle near Emerald Vista and Feickert drives being driven by 32-year old Paul Lynn Archer of Elk Grove. A passenger in the car, 31-year old Ashley Rapelje (pictured above) of Elk Grove was a known probationer.

Both suspects were arrested and booked into the county jail with arraignment scheduled for Friday, January 13.
