General Growth Properties owner of unfinished Elk Grove Promenade, exploring sales of some of it's shopping malls
Chicago-based GGP disclosed today that it is exploring the possibility of selling some of it's malls to ease a crushing debt burden. In the last year GGP's stock is off 47% as of Friday's closing.
The company has not disclosed what properties will be sold to ease their credit crunch.
