Democrat Alyson Huber is the projected winner in a fiercely fought battle against Republican Jack Sieglock in California's 10th assembly district.
Portions of Elk Grove are represented by the 10th and 15th districts. Huber will replace Republican Alan Nakanishi who was termed-out.
