Three Juveniles Arrested For Possession Of Stolen Property, Ammunition

Would be robbers nabbed during school hours


Elk Grove Police arrested three juvenile suspect yesterday afternoon for home burglary. The arrest happened during school hours.

According to police reports, officer responded to an in-progress burglary on the 8700 block of Cooperston Way. Police found the first suspect, a 15 year old male, standing at the backyard fence of the residence and found the second suspect, a 14 year old female exiting the backyard.

Police found the residence secure but searched a house in the 8900 Block of Mandalay Way associated with the suspects. An inspection of the house found stolen property and ammunition belonging to the third suspect, a 17 year old male.

All three suspects were arrested and transported to juvenile hall.
