Elk Grove City Planning Commission To Hold Community Meeting On Proposed Catholic Church

The City of Elk Grove is holding a community meeting on Monday, April 27 to present information and receive community input on the proposed St. Maria Goretti parish on Bradshaw Road.

The proposed parish is located on 17 acres 200 yards north of Sheldon Road. At earlier planning commission meetings, several nearby residents objected to the project.

The community meeting will be held in city council chambers at City Hall and will start at 6:00 pm. The project is to be considered by the Planning Commission during their May 21 meeting.
