The Elk Grove Community Connection will host a meeting tonight concentrating on issues and concerns for District 2. Mayor Pat Hume and council member Steve Detrick will be on hand to discuss concerns.
Among the topics of discussion will be Vintara Park, apartments at Bond Road and Waterman Road, the widening of Sheldon Road, the city’s sphere of influence and the proposed city charter.
The meeting will be held at the Sacramento County Farm Bureau office’s at 8970 Elk Grove Boulevard. The meeting with be held from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Snacks and refreshments will be served at 6:15.
