Elk Grove Teenage Girl Arrested For Attack With Iron

An Elk Grove teenage girl was arrested early yesterday afternoon after she allegedly attacked her sister with an iron.

According to Elk Grove Police, the 17-year old suspect was involved in a verbal argument with her older sister. The suspect then allegedly struck her sister twice with the iron and brandished a knife.

Officers responding to the call took the teenager into custody and transferred her to juvenile hall.
