Trio Arrested For Elk Grove Daytime Burglary

Elk Grove Police arrested three suspects Monday morning following a residential burglary.

According to police reports, officers received a call for an in-progress home burglary on the 8800 block of Carmel Plaza Way. A witness said they saw two suspects entering the backyard of a residence and a third suspect circling the block in silver BMW.

Responding officers determined the residence had been burglarized and had been advised by the witness that two suspects fled the area as officers were arriving. Officers were able to locate the silver BWM and initiated a stop were they detained 18-year old Thanh Ho of Elk Grove.

The officer also detained one of the suspects, 18-year old David Nhan of Elk Grove who was said to have burglarized the home. After establishing a perimeter in the area, officers located the third suspect, 19-year old Henry Ning of Sacramento, hiding in a nearby backyard.

All three suspects were arrested and transferred to the county jail.
