On Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 10:27 p.m., the Elk Grove Police Department responded to a call regarding a shooting victim inside a residence in the 6900 block of Frankfort Court.

Upon arrival, officers discovered that 19-year-old Anthony Arroyo was suffering from a single gun shot wound to the chest. The injury was non-life threatening and Arroyo was transported to a local area hospital for treatment.
