Was also cited two hours earlier for misdemeanor
An Elk Grove man was arrested yesterday afternoon following a domestic violence incident.
According to police reports, 36-year old David Pinard reportedly grabbed his victim around the throat with both hands and began to choke his victim. The victim loss consciousness and fell face first into a door jam.
The suspect fled the residence and the victim was able to contact the police. The victim suffered a laceration to the forehead and two black eyes.
Police were able to locate Pinard who was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
Pinard was also arrested two hours earlier for a petty theft on the 9000 block of Elk Grove Boulevard. Pinard was issued a misdemeanor citation and released.

Goodness...is there something contagious going around? Biting, choking, hammer, gun, etc.
That whole 9000 block EG Blvd.in Old Town is a real ghetto these days....awful lot of drugs, assaults, theft, etc. Sure glad there is no tattoo shop down there!!!!
Oh yea! And aren't we all so glad that there are no tattoo parlors in that OLD part of Elk Grove???? Imagine the crime then!!!!!
