With all precincts reporting, Rod Brewer and Doug McElroy have maintained their respective leads in the four-way race for two vacancies on the Cosumnes Community Services District board of directors.
Brewer leads with 12,193 votes, McElroy with 11,818. In third place is Rich Lozano with 11,793 and Cliff Loveland with 5,078.
With thousands of provisional and absentee ballots yet to count, the neck-to-neck three way race between Brewer, McElroy and Lozano will likely be undetermined for several days.
