Elk Grove Police made three early morning arrests on Thanksgiving in domestic violence incidents.

In the first case 22-year old Mayra Naranho of Elk Grove was in verbal argument that escalated into a physical confrontation. The suspect allegedly bit and choked her victim and fled the residence prior to the arrival of police officers.

Officers located the suspect at a nearby residence where she was arrested and transferred to the county jail.

Officers arrested 42-year old Tuam Lam of Elk Grove after he threw a billiard ball at his victim who was struck in the face causing visible injury that required medical attention. The suspect was arrested and transferred to the county jail.

In the third incident, officers arrested 33-year old Helen Tsai of Elk Grove after she attempted attacking her victim with a knife. In the course of taking the knife away from the suspect, the victim suffered a cut. The suspect was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
