Elk Grove Police caught four Southern Californian thieves as they were stealing ATM identifications early Sunday morning.

According to police reports, officers responded to a call about an in-progress burglary at the Chase Bank on Elk Grove Boulevard. 37-year old Aremn Babayan of Glendale was observed removing a credit card reader which acts as an electronic door opener to the ATM vestibule exterior doors.

Two other suspects, 27-year old Jasmine Abramhyan and 50-year old Norik Hovhannisyan, both of Glendale, were observed acting as look outs. Responding officers located the three suspects a short distance away from the bank.

Officers detained the fourth suspect, 48-year old Vartanian Zorik of Azusa as he drove up to the bank to retrieve the other suspects. A search of the vehicle revealed four credit card readers and tools while a search of nearby bushes led to the discovery of two additional credit card readers, tools and one glove.

All four suspects were arrested and transferred to the county jail.
