An Elk Grove man is probably regretting being involved in a family disturbance last night that led to his arrest on other charges.
According to Elk Grove Police reports, officers were dispatched to the 8600 block of kiwi Circle in response to a family disturbance. The caller indicated 48-year old Robert McKinzie had arrived at the residence in a black Honda.
When officers arrived, they observed a black Honda parked in the driveway. A records check revealed that the Honda had been reported stolen.
Officers determined that McKinzie had driven the stolen vehicle to the residence on Kiwi Circle. The suspect was arrested then transferred to the county jail.
