I wonder: how many people are being arrested at WalMart who fail to pay for goods simply because they did not self pay and receive assistance from a cashier?
It's a reason why I hate to shop there and avoid it.
I had the same experience at IKEA in West Sacramento last week.
The self payment algorithm is confusing and the staff were insulting and obstreperous.
