Brown Looks To Have Scored Major Victory With Prop 30

Although victory cannot yet be declared, it is looking increasingly like Gov. Jerry Brown's Proposition 30 will be approved by California voters. Current stats show that with 64 percent of precincts partially reporting, the Yea's on 30 currently has a 52.2 percent lead.

Should this lead hold and reports claiming a super majority in the state assembly, California Democrats did indeed have a very good night.
