Probationer, Suspected Prowler Arrested by Elk Grove Police

The report of suspicious activity led to the arrest of a probationer Wednesday afternoon in Elk Grove.

According to Elk Grove Police, officers were dispatched to the 8700 block of Gladiola Way after receiving reports of a suspicion person. Officer contacted 32-year old Johnny Pha of Sacramento, who officers discovered, was on probation. 

A search of Pha reportedly led to the discovery of a controlled substance, narcotics and burglary tools. Pha was arrested and booked into the county jail where he remains in custody ineligible for bail.
