Suspect Arrested For Monday's Elk Grove Bank Robbery

A suspect has been arrested in connection with a Monday bank robbery in Elk Grove.

Via social media, Elk Grove Police announced the arrest of a suspect identified as 50-year old  Rodney Williams in connection with the Monday robbery. Williams allegedly robbed the US Bank located on Elk Grove-Florin Road but was clearly caught on a video surveillance camera.

Details related to Williams' arrest were not released. Williams is currently being held at the Sacramento County Jail on a $1,000,000 bail for robbery with arraignment scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
