Fuentes, Orrock in Fight For Third Seat on CCSD

In the race for three seats on Cosumnes Community Services District, a challenger and incumbent are fighting for the third seat on the Board of Directors.

With three seats open, two-term incumbent Michelle Orrock is in fourth place trailing challenger Orlando Fuentes by 20 votes.

With 719 of 1267 precincts reporting:
